January 1990 First Black & White lineup formed - Erik "Narwhal" Marzocchi, 21 (piano, vocals), Mike Bastien, 18 (guitar), Kevin Martin, 18 (bass), Don DiMuccio, 19 (drums)

February 1992 Release 5-song cassette E.P. "Downright Dirty & Rude".  Reaches #1 in Nice Paper Chart of local releases, based on regional sales.

August 1992 Band spotlighted on WLNE-6 News.  Ten minute segment includes interview and televised performance of "After You" broadcast live from Last Call Saloon, Providence, RI. 

May 1993 Chosen for 94-HJY HOMETOWN HEROES compilation CD. 

June 1993 Black & White open for the legendary Bo Diddley in Providence, RI.

February 1994 WBRU Rock Hunt semifinalist.

August 1994 Release first full-length CD "Get Wicked".

March 1995 Nominated in Providence Phoenix Best Music Poll: 'Best Rhythm & Blues Band'.

September 1995 Trio headlines Portsmouth New Hampshire Blues Festival.

August 1997 Release second CD "Hepcat"

March 2000 Nominated in Providence Phoenix Best Music Poll: 'Best Swingin' Act'. 

September 2001 Perform at prestigious Boston Blues Festival at the MDC Hatch Shell.

October 2001 Release third CD "45 R.P.M."

April 2002 Nominated in Providence Phoenix Best Music Poll: Best Blues/R&B Act. 

May 2002 "Mood To Get Rude" used in television commercials for Lincoln Greyhound Park.

April 2003 Nominated in Providence Phoenix Best Music Poll: 'Best Blues/R&B Act'. 

October 2003 Band's official web site shown on nationally-broadcast television program on TechTV.

August 2004 Band opens for the legendary Eric Burdon & The Animals.

April 2005 Nominated in Providence Phoenix Best Music Poll: 'Best Blues/R&B Act' 

August 2005 Band opens for the legendary AMERICA.

June 2006 Release fourth CD "So Much For The Classics - Vol 1"

July 2008 Band performs at Misquamicut Music Fest w/Jefferson Starship, Terry Sylvester, and Quicksilver Messenger Service

June 2009 Black & White original songs recognized Honorable Mention in the 2009 Billboard Magazine Song Contest
